Mastermind Retreat — On The Farm

Dates

October 26–30, 2026

Location

Tifton, Georgia

Capacity

10 Chefs Only

Investment

From $5,000

Three days on a working farm.

No conferences. No stages. No noise.

Just ten serious chefs building real companies.

The Chefpreneur Shift Mastermind Retreat is a fully hosted executive leadership experience — designed for personal chef company owners who are ready to stop working in their business and start leading it. Three days to change how you think, how you operate, and how you own what you’ve built.

These moments are from our previous Mastermind Retreat — the experience that led us to bring this back, more refined and more intentional.

THE SHIFT

Owning a Company Isn’t a One-Time Decision.

You have to buy your company with your time, your money, and your energy — every single day.

Most chefs build a company and then stop making the decision to own it. They get pulled back into the kitchen. Back into the work. Back into being the chef instead of leading the company.

And slowly, without realizing it, the company starts owning them instead of the other way around.

John Maxwell said it best: everything rises and falls on leadership. Not skill. Not talent. Not even the food. Leadership.

Shift is where you make the decision to lead your company — every day, every week, every year — with the mindset, the systems, and the vision of someone building something worth owning.

Shift is where that decision gets made — whether you’re building your company from scratch or you’ve been running one for years. You can start your Chefpreneur journey here, or arrive here after you’ve built the foundation. Either way, the work is the same. Leadership doesn’t wait until the company is ready. The company gets ready when the leader does.

Who Attends

This retreat is for one type of chef.

The serious one. It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or you’ve been building for years. Shift is both the beginning and the next level — depending on where you are. What matters is that you’re ready to lead, not just cook.

This is for you if...

  • You have a personal chef company — or are building one — and you’re ready to lead it, not just run it

  • You feel like you’re always working in your business instead of on it

  • You want to understand what it really means to own something — every single day

  • You’re ready to think from the 30,000-foot view instead of living in the weeds

  • You want to learn how to delegate, build systems, and scale without losing quality

  • You’re serious about building a company with real value — something that could one day be sold

  • You haven’t started yet but you want to build it right from day one — with a leader’s mindset before you build a single thing

This is not for you if...

  • You’re still in the ‘maybe someday’ phase

  • You’re not yet committed to building something real

  • You want someone to hand you clients instead of teaching you how to lead the company that attracts them

  • You’re not prepared to be honest about what’s holding your leadership back

  • You expect transformation without commitment

  • You think the only thing missing from your company is more marketing

Identity & Leadership

Who you are as a leader determines everything your company becomes.

MORNING SESSION — 10:00 AM

“Everything Rises and Falls on Leadership”

A personal leadership audit. Where are you leading from right now? What decisions are you making as an owner versus a worker? This session sets the honest baseline everything else builds on.

Farm Lunch

Lunch on the farm. The conversations that happen here are part of the experience.

AFTERNOON SESSION 1 — 2:00 PM

“The Daily Decision: Buying Your Company Every Single Day”

Owning a company means making the same decision every single day — with your time, your money, and your energy. What does it look like when you’re truly leading versus when you’ve slipped back into being the employee of your own business?

AFTERNOON SESSION 2 — 4:00 PM

Excellence Is a Culture, Not an Accident”

Horst Schulze, co-founder of The Ritz-Carlton, built a global standard of excellence on one idea: that the leader defines the culture, and the culture defines the experience. His principle — “We are Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen” — is exactly what a premium personal chef company is. This session applies his framework directly: How do you define your standard? How do you communicate it? How do you protect it when you’re not in the room?

Farm Dinner + Fireside Chat #1

From Cook to Company Owner: The Identity Shift” — A raw, unfiltered conversation about the moment everything changed, or needs to.

Day 3

Wednesday

October 28

Systems & Scalability

A company that depends entirely on you isn’t a company. It’s a job you built yourself.

MORNING SESSION — 10:00 AM

“The 30,000-Foot View: Seeing Your Whole Business”

Step out of the day-to-day and look at your company from the top. Where is your revenue actually coming from? What does your company look like at $100K, $250K, $500K — and what has to change to get there?

Farm Lunch

Lunch on the farm.

AFTERNOON SESSION 1 — 2:00 PM

“Delegation, Micromanaging, and What Control Is Costing You”

What micromanaging is really costing you — in revenue, in growth, in the people around you. When do you hire? Who do you hire? How do you build a company that can operate at your standard without you in every station?

AFTERNOON SESSION 2 — 4:00 PM

“Building a Culture That Represents You When You’re Not in the Room”

You can’t scale on talent alone. You scale on your standard — and that standard has to live in the people and systems around you. How do you hire for culture? How do you build an experience that clients feel whether you’re in the kitchen or not?

Chef Potluck Dinner + Fireside Chat #2

“What It Actually Takes to Scale” — Every chef cooks a dish. The most honest conversation of the retreat happens around the table.

Day 4

Thursday

October 29

Legacy & Value

Build it like you’re going to sell it — even if you never do.

MORNING SESSION — 10:00 AM

“Building a Company Worth Buying”

What does it actually take to build a company with real transferable value? Systems, brand, client base, documented processes — the infrastructure that lets a company exist beyond its founder. Build it like you’re going to sell it, and everything about how you run it changes.

Farm Lunch

Lunch on the farm.

AFTERNOON SESSION 1 — 2:00 PM

“Operating Like a CEO: Leading from the Top, Not the Bottom”

What does it look like to lead your company instead of just run it? Long-term vision over short-term survival. Decisions that protect your company’s value. How to stop being the answer to every question your business asks.

AFTERNOON SESSION 2 — 4:00 PM

“Your 90-Day Leadership Blueprint”

Every chef leaves with a personalized 90-day leadership commitment — not a goals list, a decision. What changes on Monday morning? Each chef states their commitment to the room. The room holds them to it.

Closing Dinner on the Farm + Fireside Chat #3

“Legacy & Ownership: What Are You Building?” — The last night on the farm. The conversation that started Monday ends here — differently than it began.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQs

Do I need to have an existing company to attend?

No. Shift is designed for both — chefs who are building from scratch and chefs who are already operating. Whether you're just starting or you've been at it for years, the work is the same. Leadership & Mindset shift is the foundation either way.

What is the investment and what does it include?

Standard is $5,000 and includes hotel, all meals, shuttle, sessions, and your 90-day leadership plan. The VIP track is $15,000 and includes everything in Standard plus Chefpreneur Build — your full company infrastructure. Both tracks are detailed in the tickets section above.

How does the application process work?

Submit the application below. Bella reviews it and reaches out within a couple of business days to schedule your Evaluation Call. If selected, you'll have an Enrollment Call to confirm your seat. No payment required to apply.

How many chefs attend?

Ten. That's intentional. The small group is what makes the experience work — real conversations, real accountability, and a room where everyone is serious.

Where is the retreat?

Berry Good Farms in Tifton, Georgia. Hotel is included — you stay at SpringHill Suites nearby. Daily shuttle takes you to and from the farm.

What if I'm not accepted?

Bella will tell you directly on your Evaluation Call and point you toward the right next step. We don't leave anyone without direction.

Is this connected to other Chefpreneur offers?

Yes. Shift can be your starting point with Chefpreneur or the next level after Build and Grow. Many chefs attend Shift and move directly into Build. Others arrive after their company is already running and use Shift to lead it at a higher level. Either path is welcome.
